The Process

From Auction Floor to Your Driveway

Four steps between a wholesale auction and a vehicle you can drive home today.

01

Wholesale Auction Sourcing

We purchase directly from dealer-only institutional auctions — Manheim, ADESA, and similar wholesale channels. These aren't salvage lots. The vehicles we target are trade-ins, lease returns, and off-lease fleet units from franchise dealers. Our baseline: clean title, running and driving. We do not buy flood, salvage, or branded-title vehicles.

02

Transport & Inspection

After purchase, the vehicle is transferred to our lot. Before it's listed publicly, we run a multi-point inspection covering engine running status, transmission engagement, brake performance, suspension, electrical systems, and title status verification with the DMV. If anything significant is wrong, we resolve it before listing or we don't carry it.

03

All-In Pricing

The listed price covers everything: the vehicle, transport, any recon labor, our margin, and your tax, tag, and title. There is no "base price" with fees stacked on top. The number on the listing is the number you pay at the table. We build this way because buyers deserve to compare prices honestly — and because the math is simple.

04

Inquiry & Purchase

Browse the inventory, find a vehicle you're interested in, and submit an inquiry through the listing page. We follow up within one business day to answer questions and coordinate a visit. You can view and start the vehicle in person before anything is signed. When you're ready: paperwork, title transfer, keys. No pressure close, no back-office surprises.

What Goes Into the Number

Every vehicle is priced by adding up the real costs and applying a flat, honest margin. No line item is hidden. On the right is an example breakdown for a typical ClearTurn listing.

No documentation fee

Dealers typically add $400–$900 in dealer prep or doc fees. We don't charge these.

Tax, tag & title included

State-mandated registration and transfer costs are folded in. You know the final number before you walk in.

Wholesale cost advantage

We buy at auction prices retail buyers can't access — so even with an honest margin, our all-in number often beats a franchise dealer's "base" price.

Example all-in price breakdown
Auction source cost $10,800
Transport to our lot $420
Recon & inspection labor $280
Our margin $1,500
Tax, tag & title (FL) $995
Your all-in price $13,995

Numbers are illustrative. Actual costs vary per vehicle. Tax is set by the state and identical regardless of dealer.
